KEITH M. JURADO, C.E.O.
Mr. Jurado graduated from Auburn University in
1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. After
one year with Metric Constructors, he obtained his General Contractors
License for the State of Florida. In 1988, Mr. Jurado was the developer
of a large residential development in northern Hillsborough County. In
the early 1990s, he contracted various interior commercial build-outs as
well as various extensive remodeling projects for clients such as GSA,
Stewart Title Company and U.S. Customs. In the fall of 1995, Mr. Jurado
secured the first wireless communications project for E. M. Enterprises
General Contractors, Inc. and set the pace for high standards and
competence in the highly competitive world of telecommunications. He
currently oversees all the operations of Alliance Power Solutions and E.
M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc.
MIKE ESTES, President
Mr. Estes has been in the electrical trade since
1975. He received his AA degree in Pre-Engineering and completed his
four-year apprenticeship training in 1983. By 1985, Mr. Estes was Field
Foreman for Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc. and was working on
small water plants, tenant build-outs and small out-of-ground
structures. In 1990, Mr. Estes was Field Superintendent with 70 men
working under him. By 1993, Mr. Estes was Project Manager in charge of
operations for the Service Division and, in 1995, he was promoted to
Vice President. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Estes successfully completed
small tenant and design-build projects for data centers, call centers,
dot com projects and tenant-rehabbed over $325 million with up to 400
men, 3 Project Managers, 18 Superintendents and 31 Foreman. In 2006,
Mr. Estes joined the team at Alliance Power Solutions, Inc. to round out
the experience and deep commitment to excellence much needed in today’s
construction market.
FRANK
A. FERNANDEZ, Vice President
Mr. Fernandez began working for Electric Machinery
Enterprises in 1978 as an Electrician's helper and completed Electric
Machinery Enterprises four-year apprentice program in 1982. Mr.
Fernandez then qualified for high voltage cable installation, testing,
splicing, and terminations. He held superintendent positions on many
commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout Florida, Puerto
Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mr. Fernandez joined Alliance Power
Solutions, Inc. in 2005 as Vice President and is responsible for general
company operations as well as all electrical projects.
MARC SANTANGELO, Project Manager
Mr. Santangelo has been in the electrical trade
since 1987 and comes from a family rich in tradition of electrical
excellence in the industry. He graduated from electrical apprenticeship
at the top of his class in 1995 and has run many successful commercial
and industrial projects from large scale remodels to multi story new
construction. Mr. Santangelo was promoted to superintendent in 2000 and
estimated, supervised and successfully completed over 3 million dollars
of work in 2002. In 2003 & 2004 Mr. Santangelo assumed responsibility
for and successfully completed the Division 17 Orange County Convention
Center phase 5 scope for Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc. (A 12
million dollar fire alarm scope on a 200 million dollar project). Mr.
Santangelo has attended and completed many managerial classes and
seminars and was promoted to project manager in Feb. 2005. He
successfully managed 7 superintendents, 19 Foremen, and 70 to 100
employees. Mr. Santangelo joined Alliance Power Solutions in October
2005. He is presently responsible for all field superintendents, field
personnel and office personnel. In addition, he manages all estimating,
purchasing and facilitates all projects, from inception to completion,
for Alliance Power Solutions, Inc.
CAROLYN BOLDUC, Controller
Mrs. Bolduc graduated from the University of South Florida 1983 with a
Bachelor of Engineering Technology. She began work in the field of
accounting in 1984 and gained accounting experience in the computer
industry from 1984-1990. In 1990 she became the controller of an
architectural woodworking company and remained in the construction
industry until 1995. From 1995 – 2000 Mrs. Bolduc was the accounting
manager of one of the world's largest independent marine terminal
companies, responsible for all financial reporting of their Caribbean
terminal. Mrs. Bolduc returned to the construction industry in 2000 as
assistant controller for Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc. Mrs.
Bolduc joined APSI in September 2005 as Controller. Mrs. Bolduc is
responsible for all accounting for Alliance Power Solutions, Inc.
KURT JURADO, Permitting Manager
Mr. Jurado began work with Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc., in 1986
in the permitting and special projects department. Mr. Jurado obtained
his Florida Real Estate License in 1987. Mr. Jurado joined Alliance
Power Solutions, Inc. in 2005 and currently manages permitting, zoning,
power and telco coordination.
