KEITH M JURADO, Chief Executive Officer


Keith Jurado is the Founder and CEO of Alliance Power Solutions. He has overseen all company operations for more than 25 years.

Mr. Jurado graduated from Auburn University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. After one year with Metric Constructors, he obtained his General Contractors License for the State of Florida. In 1988, Mr. Jurado was the developer of a large residential property in northern Hillsborough County. In the early 1990s, he contracted many interior commercial build-outs as well as extensive remodeling projects for clients including GSA, Stewart Title Company and U.S. Customs.




MIKE ESTES, President


With over four decades of industry practice, Mr. Estes joined the Alliance Power Solutions, Inc. (APSI) team as President in 2006 to uphold the company’s experience and deep commitment to excellence which is much needed in today’s construction market.

Mr. Estes has been in the electrical trade since 1975. He received his AA degree in Pre-Engineering and completed his four-year apprenticeship training in 1983. By 1985, Mr. Estes was field foreman for Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc., working on small water plants, tenant build-outs and small out-of-ground structures. In 1990, Mr. Estes was Field Superintendent managing a team of 70 men. By 1993, Mr. Estes was project manager in charge of operations for the Service Division and, in 1995, he was promoted to Vice President.

From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Estes successfully completed small tenant and design-build projects for data centers, call centers, dot com projects and tenant-rehabbed over $325 million with up to 400 men, 3 project managers, 18 superintendents and 31 foremen.




MARC SANTANGELO, Vice President


Mr. Santangelo has been in the electrical trade since 1987 and comes from a family rich in tradition of electrical industry excellence. He graduated from electrical apprenticeship at the top of his class in 1995 and has led many successful commercial and industrial projects from large- scale remodels to multi-story new construction. Mr. Santangelo was promoted to superintendent in 2000 and estimated, supervised and successfully completed over $3 million of work in 2002. In 2003 & 2004 Mr. Santangelo assumed responsibility for and successfully completed the Division 17 Orange County Convention Center phase 5 scope for Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc. (A $12 million fire alarm scope on a $200 million project). Mr. Santangelo has attended and completed numerous managerial classes and seminars and was promoted to project manager in February 2005. He successfully managed 7 superintendents, 19 foremen, and 70 to 100 employees. Mr. Santangelo joined Alliance Power Solutions in October 2005. He is presently responsible for all field superintendents, field personnel and office personnel. In addition, he is a license holder for the company and manages all estimating, purchasing and project facilitation, from inception to completion.




JEREMY PHILLIPS, Vice President


Mr. Phillips is a second-generation electrician and has been working in the electrical trade since 1993 where he began his career at Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc. Jeremy completed his four-year apprenticeship in 1998 and moved into a Foreman position running tenant remodels, waste water treatment and new construction projects and in 2004 was promoted to Superintendent. J eremy joined Alliance Power Solutions, Inc. in 2006 as a Superintendent and was promoted to Project Manager in 2012. Since his promotion, he has successfully completed over 700 commercial projects and managed 6 Superintendents, 25 Foremen and over 75 employees.

CAROLYN BOLDUC, Controller


Mrs. Bolduc is Controller Alliance Power Solutions. Since joining APSI in 2005. Mrs. Bolduc is responsible for all financial management and accounting services.

Mrs. Bolduc graduated from the University of South Florida 1983 with a Bachelor of Engineering Technology. She began work in the field of accounting in 1984 and gained accounting experience in the computer industry from 1984-1990. In 1990 she became the controller of an architectural woodworking company and remained in the construction industry until 1995.

From 1995 – 2005, Mrs. Bolduc was the accounting manager of one of the world's largest independent marine terminal companies, responsible for all financial reporting of their Caribbean terminal, as well as an assistant controller for Electric Machinery Enterprises.




KARINA CANO, Human Resources Manager


Karina Cano is an experienced Human Resources professional with a history working in benefits, employee relations, and strategic planning. She has worked in various settings, both profit and nonprofit, which includes Retail, Education, Fitness Management and Coffee Manufacturing.

Ms. Cano holds a Bachelor’s degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a Master’s degree from Colorado State University-Global Campus in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and Change Management. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
